25032010 Controls on Eatables, Eating and Foods.

i have been fond of foods, eating and eatables.
a sort of glutinant...
and a glutinancy prevails...
who is responsible for all this..
i cant finger anybody for this..including the self...
since the time i know the self...
i found the self a glutinant...
and
i heart and read and listen and got advised...
by many and many...
we must eat good quality rationalized human beings...
and most of us do that..
i also do that...
but i would admit here...
that i have not been consistent...intelligent..
in my eating and food habits...
i eat healthy foods...
but cerain items in India... which somehow i feel are not good and still i am persuaded by all of them and i have eaten...and the names of these items are as under :
spicy pulse.
spicy grams..
spicy and oily items made of potatoes : vada etc.
other spicy items : like samosa, pao bhaaji..
bhelpuri....bhajias etc...
and these have and must have added into the weight which i have...
i am alert and efficient.. but still i am of the view...
that from this moment onwards...
i must avoid all these kinds of foods..
samosa, kachori..
babata vada...
pao bhaaji..
bhajias...
vegetable pettice...
most of these items are fried items...
and
now hereby I resolve to reduce their intake by 99.99%... from this moment onwards...
and
now i shall move towards...
seasonal fruits and milk....
and
while taking lunch and dinners i shall ensure rationalized self controls....
this i wish to do :
to enhance my spiritual strengths...
my age...
my efficiency...
and
above all i wish to eat only that much i need for happy and healthy living...
and
to make zero the GLUTINANCY...
with blessings from the Lord....
i commence my journey in this direction now.
